Working as part of our Retail team in Braintree for 20 hours a week, you will be a vital part of the store's success. We want every store visit to be exceptional for our customers, so you'll work closely with members of the public to understand their needs and advise them on high-value purchases.

• Making our customers feel at home through exceptional service – listening to customer's needs and guiding them.
• Being on hand every step of the way whilst customers browse, from greeting to getting to know their sleep preferences.
• Becoming a Sleepmatch Master, using our market-leading sleep technology to help customers choose the right mattress.
• Helping to make the store look its best, from housekeeping to updating displays.
