Job Description

To support the Facilities Manager in providing a high standard of facility support to [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]. Build close relationship with the facilities and hospitality teams to ensure smooth running of the department and front of house activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing the coffee machines for staff use.
  • Monitoring and maintaining stationery supplies.
  • Setting up room layouts for meetings.
  • Booking couriers when required.
  • Preparing printing and binding when necessary.
  • Liasing with contractors and building management.
  • Raising permits when necessary for works to be undertaken, through the building management portal.
  • Managing access passes for staff and visitors.
  • Mail distribution.
  • Complete health and safety tours for new starters.
  • Assist when required the hospitality team and reception.
  • Any other task that may reasonably be required.
