[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] International Ltd is seeking a Key Account Manager for the UK - Glenrothes location. This is a Full-time, Permanent position with a competitive salary and excellent benefits package. The role involves managing projects from execution through delivery, acting as the main stakeholder interface for high-value oil and gas clients.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Delivery of Projects to agreed timescales, quality requirements, and financial profit estimates. Maintain KPIs.
- Managing risk to project, business, client, and stakeholders; assessing and reporting risks regularly.
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts for high-value oil and gas clients, acting as primary point of contact.
- Develop deep understanding of key account client operations, procurement cycles, and project timelines.
- Timely project execution with full commercial and technical overview; manage pre-production deliverables.
- Work closely with planning team to build delivery programmes and monitor progress.
- Work with procurement to manage sub suppliers.
- Collaborate with Sales Department on key account high priority projects.
- Prepare regular progress reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Maintain ERP system date changes.
- Maintain client Project Management interface systems (Ariba, We Deliver etc.).
- Manage change management scope (MOC) and variation order requests (VOR).
- Support internal Project Status Reviews (PSR).
- Ensure projects adhere to relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
- Ensure efficient project closure and final KPIs.
Desired Experience and Personal Qualities
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Project Management (preferably MOD or Oil & Gas sector).
- Experience within a customer focused organisation delivering continuous improvement.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills.
- Self-motivated and innovative.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Target driven and able to meet personal commitments.
- Team worker.
Education and Training
- Qualification in Project Management preferred but not essential.
- Educated to degree level with engineering or relevant experience desirable.
- Skilled user of MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Experience in project planning tools.
Remuneration and Benefits
