CRM & Client Onboarding Analyst

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] has been at the forefront of private markets investing for more than 40 years. Based in [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s London office, the CRM & Client Onboarding Analyst will support the Product Strategy & Fundraising team.

CRM Responsibilities

  • Manage, maintain and optimise [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s investor CRM database to ensure accuracy, integrity and accessibility of client/prospect data for use across the business.
  • Produce and analyse CRM reports and dashboards (in conjunction with data visualisation tools) to inform business teams and support business development.
  • Act as a primary point of contact and collaborate with key stakeholders across the business (including, but not limited to Client Solutions, Marketing and Operations).
  • Support the CRM Manager where needed on internal training, key projects and enhancements to improve workflows, efficiencies and automation.

Client Onboarding Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end client onboarding process, liaising with key internal stakeholders (including Client Solutions, Legal and Compliance teams).
  • Maintain onboarding pipeline and distributable reports to provide visibility on clients/closings through to notices for operational set-up within internal systems and external administrators.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, assist the team with ad-hoc projects and process improvements to enhance controls and create efficiencies across the business.

Knowledge & Experience Required

  • Strong academic credentials in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Prior work experience within financial services (preferably private markets or asset management) is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong proofreading and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident working both independently and collaboratively across teams and seniority levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
