About the Role

We are hiring a Partner Success Manager to play a key role in managing and growing relationships across [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s client base. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing position, requiring regular engagement to ensure strong delivery, alignment and value.
What You'll Do
- Develop and nurture relationships with key clients through regular meetings and calls.
- Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews to all clients, developing the customer’s roadmap.
- Ensure the quality of services aligns with client requirements.
- Identify and drive forward opportunities to expand service offerings.
- Act as customer representative for issues and escalations.
- Keep up with industry trends and strategically advise clients.
- Facilitate strategic engagement with c-suite.
- Analyse metrics from SOC and IT services.
- Take ownership of sales pipeline for existing customers.
- Maintain profitability for key accounts.
- Occasional travel to client sites and between London, Manchester and Bristol offices.
What You Bring
- Passion and knowledge for Cyber Security and IT
- Exceptional task management skills.
- Methodical and detail-oriented approach.
- Strong process-driven mindset.
- Confident presentation abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sociable, with ability to discuss industry and service with senior staff.
- Pre-existing understanding of Microsoft licensing (desired).
- High level understanding of MSP and SOC services (desired).
