Your Next Challenge
We are looking for a Paid Social Account Executive to support the setup, activation, and optimisation of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and emerging platforms. You will assist with reporting, data analysis, and client communications.
Must Have Skills
- Hands-on experience or strong foundational knowledge of paid social activation (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
- Understanding of core metrics: impressions, reach, CPM, CPC, CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS.
- Curious, proactive, and genuinely interested in paid social.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence with Excel, Google Sheets, or reporting dashboards.
- Clear communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or Pinterest Ads Manager.
- Understanding of tracking, pixels, UTMs, GA4.
- Exposure to other digital channels like Paid Search, Display, Programmatic.
