Store: Chelmsford | Department: Transport | Contract: Part time | Includes: Every Saturday | Hours: 7.5 Hours per a week

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage and handle customer orders
• Load and unload delivery vans
• Help with general enquires from customers when delivering goods
• Ensure the delivery vehicles are kept clean and tidy
• Maintenance of the vehicles
• Support the supervisor and team members with the operational requirements of the department
• Ensure that the highest standard of customer service is maintained

Key Skills and Competencies

• Multi-drop delivery experience
• Previous experience in a customer facing role
• You are willing to develop and learn
• You must be 21+ years old
• Must be able to perform manual handling tasks
• A clean, full drivers licence
