Responsibilities
You'll be taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of care services for our clients. You'll be running visits to review and assess the work of our care professionals and providing feedback for training and development. As a champion for outstanding care, you'll be supervising, supporting and guiding a team of carers on a daily basis.
Requirements
- Previous experience providing personal care
- Experience working for a home care agency and mentoring care teams
- UK driver's licence and access to a vehicle
- Over age 18
- Enhanced DBS disclosure (role exempt from Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974)
We'd also love to hear from you if you've got previous care experience in roles such as care assistant, senior care assistant, care worker or support worker.
