About the Role

We are looking for a Home Care Assistant to provide personalised care for older people in their own homes. This role is based in the Horsham area and is part of the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Crawley & Reigate team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality home care to clients in their own homes
• Support clients with daily living activities
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with the care team

Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
• Right to work in the UK
• Age 18+
• No previous care experience required – great personality and good values are key
• Enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references (exempt from Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974)
