We are looking for a Registered Care Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] service in Watford & Borehamwood, driving success and growth by promoting the right working environment, maintaining standards and ensuring quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring care professionals get the support they need
• Making sure clients receive the care that’s right for them
• Recruiting, managing and developing a team
• Promoting a positive working environment
• Maintaining quality and standards

Requirements

• A full UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
• Experience in recruiting, managing and developing a team
• Previous experience working for a home care provider is preferable
• Previous care experience in roles such as care home manager, deputy manager or care manager is desirable
