About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Care Manager to support the Registered Manager in leading a small, dedicated team at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Watford & Borehamwood. You’ll be supporting the day-to-day running of the service, driving success and growth, and ensuring quality care for clients.

Key Requirements

• Experience in a senior care or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of CQC and domiciliary care
• Confident leadership and communication skills
• Organised, reliable, and passionate about care
• NVQ Level 3 (Level 4 desirable)
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
