What You’ll Do:

As a Personal Trainer at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], your journey starts by mastering your craft, not chasing sales targets. You’ll be trained to an elite level and equipped to coach clients using the industry-leading UP Method. From there, you’ll work with a wide range of clients who trust [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] to get them results they haven’t achieved anywhere else. You’ll deliver world-class personal training with measurable impact, acting as both coach and trusted partner in your clients’ transformation journey.

Requirements

• Previous, hands-on experience in personal training.
• A Level 3 Personal Training (or equivalent) qualification.
• A valid right to work for the UK. (We don't offer visa sponsorship).
• A genuine passion for transforming lives.
• A strong work ethic and growth mindset.

We’ll handle the rest through our industry-leading onboarding, mentoring, and development programme, designed to shape great trainers into world-class coaches, and future leaders.

Hours: 40 hours per week, full-time (including early mornings and late evenings during your first year)

Salary: starting from £25,500 and up to £34,200 annually.
