What You’ll Do:

You’ll be trained to an elite level and equipped to coach clients using the industry-leading UP Method. You’ll deliver world-class personal training with measurable impact, acting as both coach and trusted partner in your clients’ transformation journey.

Requirements

  • Previous, hands-on experience in personal training.
  • A Level 3 Personal Training (or equivalent) qualification.
  • A valid right to work for the UK. (We don't offer visa sponsorship).
  • A genuine passion for transforming lives.
  • A strong work ethic and growth mindset.

Hours: 40 hours per week, full-time (including early mornings and late evenings during your first year)

Salary: starting from £25,500 and up to £34,200 annually.
