Our in-house capabilities include large format Laser Cutting and Press Braking, CNC Precision Machining, Fabrication & Welding, Shot Blasting, Painting and final Assembly.

About the Role

  • Supervises, trains and mentors staff, conducting performance reviews and managing schedules.
  • Coordinates daily painting activities, including surface preparation (sandblasting, cleaning) and coating application (painting, spraying).
  • Inspects work for defects, ensuring finished products meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Ensures compliance with safety protocols (H&S) and environmental regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Sets daily, weekly, or project-based targets, coordinating with other departments to meet deadlines.
  • Oversees maintenance of spray booths and tools, while managing inventory levels of paint, chemicals, and supplies.
  • Identifies opportunities to increase productivity, improve quality, and reduce waste.

About You

  • Proficiency with various painting techniques, coating types, and equipment.
  • Ability to lead a team, provide feedback, and report to management.
  • Capability to troubleshoot equipment failures or paint defects.
  • Strong scheduling and resource management skills.
  • Previous supervisor/management experience.
  • Strong IT Skills.
  • Paint Inspection Level one desirable.
