The Role

You’ll be responsible for the technical design and coordination of mechanical building services systems; including heating, cooling, ventilation, and domestic water; using software such as Cymap and IES.

• Mechanical services design and calculations.
• Producing technical reports and design documents.
• Participating in design team meetings and internal reviews.
• Managing your own workload and contributing to project delivery.
• Supporting or leading on technical matters depending on experience level.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in mechanical building services design
• Previous project experience across various sectors (residential, commercial, education, retail)
• Knowledge of Revit or AutoCAD 3D
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
