[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring Sous Chefs at all levels to join their team in one of Brighton's most iconic venues. The role offers up to £15 per hour plus service charge and tips, with opportunities to grow within the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal].

What You'll Do

Lead daily kitchen operations and supervise service across multiple sections.
Support or deputise for the Head Chef, depending on experience.
Help train and develop the wider kitchen team.
Assist with ordering, stock control, and kitchen organisation.
Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene (HACCP).
Contribute to exciting seasonal menus and bespoke event offerings.
Foster a collaborative and positive kitchen culture – even when it’s busy.

What We're Looking For

Sous Chefs at all levels – whether you’ve just stepped up or have years of experience.
A real passion for food, flavour, and presentation.
Great communication and leadership skills.
Solid knowledge of allergens, HACCP, and kitchen safety.
Experience in high-volume service or events is a big bonus.
