Client Partner - Travel & Transportation

About the Role

Our client is a well-established information technology systems and services company that provide services into some unique market sectors and manufacturers. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Client Partner who will be responsible for Business Development and Account Management working across the Travel & Transportation sector, ideally Aviation.

• You should be connected working at CxO level
• You will be required to deliver pricing and preparation of proposals for new requirements and contract extensions
• Ensuring proper disposition of technical, logistical, and operational customer requests
• Ensuring that day to day business is conducted within the guidelines of established contracts
• Manage regular customer, third party maintenance providers and vendors when needed
• Generating and communicating statistical, operational and business reports
• Managing customers' and third party service providers
• Monitor system performance and management of service delivery
• Identify, qualify and maximise new business opportunities for additional company products
• Management and reporting of financial budgets for assigned accounts

Requirements

Understanding the market sector "Travel & Transportation (Aviation)" is essential along with proven ability in growing large business accounts as well as winning new logo's. Our client will offer a very attractive basic salary with bonus and company benefits.
