Solutions Specialist - Salesforce

We are looking for a Solutions Specialist (Salesforce Low code/No code solutioning) who is able to develop GTM strategy through industry POVs. This is a new role for our client which is an individual contributor hands on role across all verticals, working with other sales and account managers to put together the right solution for their clients covering EMEA. Product alignment would need to be Salesforce, other alternatives may be considered such as Adobe or MS Dynamics.

Salary: £100K - £120K PA Basic Plus Bonus 25%

Responsibilities

  • Participate in RFI/RFQ/RFP process.
  • Identify the right value proposition for clients.
  • Position Salesforce Industries solutions appropriately.
  • Propose Outcome based deliverables to Customers. Meet customer executives to understand business pain points and future organizational goals.
  • Host biweekly/Monthly meetings with Salesforce AEs. Work on ACV credits with Salesforce.
  • Initiate Account planning workshops with Salesforce and Account teams to identify future Salesforce Opportunities.
  • Work on Territory Accounts with Salesforce. Have frequent customer connects both across customer IT and Customer business stakeholders.
  • Position Case studies and account references. Liase with account client partners for multi tower deals.
  • Manage projections/revenue for Salesforce accounts.
  • Achieve Sales target and Partner with UK Site leadership on winning new Logos.

Skills

  • Experienced in developing GTM Strategy for each vertical and region and participate in RFI/RFQ/RFP process and project negotiations.
  • Work on Sales Opportunities by leveraging solutions, offerings and translate them into strong value propositions for clients and help win deals.
  • Manage Strategy, Delivery, operations, and people as part of multiple roles performed as part of the practice.
  • Experienced working across multiple clouds from Sales, Service, Experience to Marketing, B2C/B2B Commerce and CPQ solutions (Salesforce CPQ and other LowCode/NoCode platforms).
  • Liase with Salesforce AE’s/PAM across all domains/accounts on weekly/biweekly basis on ACV.
  • Coordinate with Account leadership in building Salesforce Sales pipelines.
  • Host Salesforce connects
  • Engage with Presales/Salesforce Industry teams to build/enhance solutions as per customer needs
  • Facilitate business workshops and account planning workshops to help business in aligning business goals to technical outcomes.
  • Engaging in C-Level in customer organizations
  • Mentor Salesforce Development Team, Project & Product Managers.
  • Drive Salesforce Strategies – Salesforce platform Architecture, Environment Strategies, DevOps.
  • Strong operational expertise on Project Management, agile sprint delivery cycles, program management, budget management, team performance reviews & vendor negotiations.
  • Management of P&L includes – resource management, managing margins, estimations and with overall responsibility of business risk assessment for action taken.
  • Great knowledge on integration of Salesforce solutions to multiple backend systems.
  • Provides value added feedback on architectural solutions and design.
  • Host meetings with key stakeholders to strengthen stakeholder relationships.
