As a Patient Services Reception Advisor, when dealing with the public, you must be compassionate and discreet; with initiative to work effectively alone and efficiently as part of a team in a very busy, pressurized environment.
Requirements
- Excellent IT skills and competent user of Word
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Previous reception and administrative skills and experience
- Ability to prioritise and multitask
- Experience with SystmOne is desirable (full training provided)
