Hours: 37.5 hours per week, between 8am and 6pm

Salary: £28,500 P/A

Job Description

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is currently recruiting for a highly organised and proactive End of Contract Administrator to join a dynamic operations team. This role plays a key part in ensuring that clients' products are efficiently and effectively disposed of through the most appropriate remarketing channels, contributing to a critical revenue stream within the business.

The Role

As part of an Operations function, you'll support the full lifecycle management of customers' equipment, from in-life care through to end-of-contract processes. You'll be responsible for delivering accurate, timely administration while maintaining high service standards across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out department administration tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
  • Take ownership of queries or escalate where necessary, ensuring timely resolution
  • Support end-of-contract processes
  • Perform weekly stock reconciliations to ensure all assets are accounted for
  • Manage customers' payments and produce related reports
  • Generate end-of-contract damage recharge notifications
  • Coordinate collections
  • Manage inspections and collections
  • Support logistics supplier coordination and day-to-day operations
  • Assist with sales quotations, documentation, and enquiries
  • Liaise with internal departments, clients, and remarketing partners to resolve issues
  • Contribute to reporting, forecasting, and continuous process improvements

Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage at all levels
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • Resilient, adaptable, and self-motivated
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
  • A collaborative team player with a results-driven approach
