The Role

You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, acting as the first point of contact for customers. You’ll handle a wide range of billing and service enquiries via phone and email, ensuring each interaction is handled professionally, efficiently, and with a customer-first approach. No two days are the same. You’ll be supporting customers with varied and often complex enquiries, building strong relationships, and working closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved smoothly.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience within administration and customer service roles
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Calm and composed under pressure, with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Confident and assertive, able to challenge and push back when appropriate
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong IT capability with excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Naturally inquisitive with a strong questioning and problem‑solving mindset
  • Hands-on and proactive, with a roll‑your‑sleeves‑up attitude
  • Friendly, enthusiastic team player who enjoys supporting colleagues and customers
