Job Description

We’re looking for a confident and credible Group Manager to lead catering operations across a portfolio of schools in Cumbria, covering Carlisle and Barrow-in-Furness. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll support, develop and inspire your teams while building strong, trusted relationships with your school clients.

As Group Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing and developing multiple school catering teams across your region
• Driving high standards in food quality, service, and health & safety
• Building strong client relationships and acting as the key point of contact
• Managing budgets and delivering strong commercial performance
• Supporting teams on site when needed – this is a visible, hands‑on role
