Parts Advisor

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Portadown is hiring a Parts Advisor. This is an on-site, full-time role requiring previous parts experience and strong customer service skills. Salary dependent on experience.

Main Duties

  • Sales of Parts and Accessory products to internal and external customers.
  • Managing customer orders from enquiry to delivery.
  • Developing customer relationships via telephone, walk-in, and internet enquiries.

The Person

  • Previous experience in a parts business, preferably a car or commercial vehicle dealership.
  • Enthusiasm, fast learner, excellent people skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Good multi-tasker.
  • Strong organisational ability.
