Client Services Administrator

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Client Services Administrator for a contract position in Ellesmere Port. Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum. Office-based, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Temp-perm role.

What you’ll do

You’ll support the client services function within the business by handling calls from high net worth clients, building rapport and cultivating strong relationships with clients. You’ll arrange appointments for the sales team and support with day to day administration including processing paperwork, chasing outstanding information and keeping systems updated.

Experienced Needed

  • Would suit a graduate or someone with an admin/strong customer service or appointment setting background.
  • Must be confident on the phone with strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
