HR Advisor

Salary: £35,000 per annum
Location: Ellesmere Port
Type: Full-time, Permanent, Hybrid

What you’ll do

  • Effective HR advice and employee relations, supporting team managers within the business.
  • Operational HR delivery and HR admin support (the business is in process of implementing a new HR system so the role will be admin heavy in the beginning).
  • Payroll and people data inputting
  • Supporting the employee lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding, probation, development and exit processes.
  • Collaborating with managers, colleagues and stakeholders and building strong working relationships

Experienced Needed

  • CIPD Level 5 Qualified.
  • The ideal candidate will be a HR generalist with a good understanding and experience of the complete employee life cycle from recruitment to exit.
  • Able to independently manage ER cases, knowing when to escalate risk or complexity and draft high quality HR documentation, correspondence and case records.
  • Enthusiastic, can do attitude. Accountable, and able to handle sensitive and complex situations.
  • Good knowledge of UK employment law, Microsoft office and GDPR.
