What you’ll do
- Effective HR advice and employee relations, supporting team managers within the business.
- Operational HR delivery and HR admin support (the business is in process of implementing a new HR system so the role will be admin heavy in the beginning).
- Payroll and people data inputting
- Supporting the employee lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding, probation, development and exit processes.
- Collaborating with managers, colleagues and stakeholders and building strong working relationships
Experience Needed
- CIPD Level 5 Qualified.
- The ideal candidate will be a HR generalist with a good understanding and experience of the complete employee life cycle from recruitment to exit.
- Able to independently manage ER cases, knowing when to escalate risk or complexity and draft high quality HR documentation, correspondence and case records.
- Enthusiastic, can do attitude. Accountable, and able to handle sensitive and complex situations.
- Good knowledge of UK employment law, Microsoft office and GDPR.
