What you’ll do
- You will audit and perform performance reviews of panel law firms across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland to ensure they are meeting contractual obligations.
- You’ll have a good knowledge of end to end remortgage and conveyancing process and the principles of charge registration.
- Ensuring lender risk is minimised due to a robust process.
- You’ll build collaborative, trusted relationships across law firms and third party suppliers.
- You’ll have the ability to analyse data, report findings and follow up on actions.
- Full job spec will be provided upon registration.
Experienced Needed
- We are seeking a Qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive or Solicitor with experience in a high-volume conveyancing department of a law firm.
- Willing to consider part qualified and business will support to complete qualifications.
- The ideal candidate will have managed their own caseload with experience of using a case management system to assist with conveyancing transactions.
- You will also be able to demonstrate an understanding of workflows and how to break down the conveyancing process to identify where efficiencies and improvements can be made.
