About the role: Group Administrator
Are you looking to start your career in administration? This entry-level role is perfect for graduates or those seeking their first step into an office environment. You will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support to internal clients within the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Group and contributing towards an excellent customer service. This will include general administrative tasks, data input into systems, sending communications and liaising with internal and external customers.
This is a permanent, part-time position working 18.5 hours per week (0.42 FTE) during term time, based on-site at our Guildford College campus.

We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, great attention to detail, and a highly organised approach. You should be confident using IT tools such as especially Word, Google docs and MS 365.
