About the Role
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate individual who can inspire our Business students and create a memorable learning experience.
With strong subject knowledge and practical skills, you will collaborate with our talented and passionate teaching team to plan and deliver effective practical and theory lessons up to T-Level and BTEC Level 3. You'll also contribute to curriculum development to keep pace with industry changes.
Our Academic and Professional Studies department has a strong track record of delivering vocational Business courses that emphasize employability. This success is supported by strong industry relationships and a teaching team rich in professional expertise.
If you could enhance our students' understanding in areas such as: Business Management, Marketing, Creating a Brand, Customer Services, Event Management, Building A Successful Team, then we would like to hear from you!
Permanent, part-time role, requiring 0.4 hours per week.
What Do You Need to Be Successful?
We are seeking individuals who can serve as role models for our students, ensuring they graduate not only with their professional qualifications but also with the skills and qualities needed to thrive in the workplace. A genuine passion for working with and nurturing young people is essential.
While prior teaching experience or a teaching qualification would be advantageous, it is not mandatory. If you have the qualifications or experience to teach our Business courses and possess the qualities of an inspiring educator, we will provide the necessary training, development, and support to prepare you for teaching in the FE sector.
- Experience in a business-related sector
- Degree-level education
- Strong communication skills
You will need to demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to deliver engaging and effective lessons to a diverse range of learners. Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to manage workloads effectively will be crucial.
