Construction Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the activities of construction and building workers
• Learn to establish and monitor work schedules to meet project deadlines
• Assist in ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations
• Communicate with managers, contractors, and other professionals to address operational problems
• Conduct regular equipment, material, and site inspections
• Help prepare reports and project plans for stakeholders
• Monitor construction processes and techniques
• Assist with the necessary paperwork and site documentation

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; further education in construction or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory
• Some experience in the construction industry preferred, but not essential
• Valid driver’s license
