1913 – Mid-Weight Interior Designer
We are partnering with an award-winning luxury architectural interior design studio recognised as a leader in super-prime design. Their ethos of thoughtful luxury is embedded throughout every stage of the design process, with a strong focus on curation, collaboration, and storytelling. Working closely with world-renowned artisans, they create elegant, quietly luxurious interiors that are considered and highly refined. They are now seeking a Mid-Weight Interior Designer to join their highly creative and collaborative team. This role will play a key part in the delivery of exceptional super-prime residential projects from concept through to completion.
Package & Perks: Salary: £35,000 – £45,000. Perks: 2 days WFH, Flexi hours, generous holiday allowance, annual bonus and much more!
Responsibilities
- Contribute across all stages of super-prime residential projects, from concept through to completion and on-site delivery
- Assist in the development of design concepts, mood boards, and presentations using Adobe InDesign and other creative tools
- Support the day-to-day running of multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and feedback is implemented effectively
- Design and develop bespoke furniture, joinery, lighting, and interior detailing to a super-prime standard
- Produce technical drawing packages and tender documentation in AutoCAD
- Source, specify, and coordinate high-end FF&E, including bespoke artisans and gallery-level suppliers
- Support FF&E budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and cost tracking across projects
- Liaise confidently with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience working on super-prime residential projects from concept through to completion
- Strong knowledge of luxury suppliers, bespoke artisans, and high-end FF&E
- Excellent technical ability with experience producing detailed drawing packages
- Strong eye for design, materiality, colour, and craftsmanship
- Confident communicator with experience in client-facing and supplier coordination roles
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proactive, collaborative, and open to feedback within a team environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and ESTI-PC
- Full driving licence (studio based in Tring)
