King's Lynn, England | £12.71 per hour | Permanent - Part Time
About the Role
As a Receptionist at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], you will be the first point of contact for all enquiries, face to face or via the telephone to the Home. Reporting to the Home Admin Manager, you will ensure the overall presentation of the reception provides a friendly, welcoming and professional image.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with enquiries professionally.
- Assisting with administrative tasks: emails, copying, faxing, note-taking.
- Ensuring residents receive their post and preparing outgoing post daily.
- Additional duties as assigned by the Home Admin Manager.
Training, Skills & Experience Required
- Experience in a receptionist position is essential.
- Working in a care home environment is highly advantageous.
- Excellent written, non-verbal and verbal communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
