Job Description

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Group are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to head up the Insurance Repair and Renovation Department at their Head Office in Sturton by Stow. The successful candidate will have a wealth of experience in people/operations management and the construction industry. Experience in insurance work is desirable, but not essential as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management of a large team including recruitment and appraisal
  • Managing overall branch performance based on service level agreements including financial and customer satisfaction
  • Operations management, ensuring the team operates to [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] standards
  • Offer strategic direction to promote sustainable future growth
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Health & Safety legislation
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to lead a large team
  • Exceptional mentoring skills to develop talent within the organisation
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • A proven track record, in the construction industry, of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • High levels of confidentiality, credibility, and integrity
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Advanced mathematical and literacy skills, especially in business formats.
