Pool Plant Operator
Location: Mablethorpe

Type: Fixed-term Contract (mid May 2026 - early October 2026)
Work schedule: 6 days per week including weekends, flexible hours, average 7 hours daily.
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our ever expanding, dedicated team as a Pool Plant Operator in the Mablethorpe area.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle pool chemicals
- Carry out back washing and plant maintenance works
- Cleaning and general site maintenance
- Ensure water quality testing requirements are met
- Work to tight timescales and use own initiative
- Provide customers with the highest standards of work
Requirements
- No experience required – full training will be given
- A full driving licence is preferable, but not essential
- Must be able to work 6 days per week, including weekends
