Wedding and Events Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all wedding enquiries and be the main point of contact throughout the booking and planning process.
  • Ensure that contracts, deposits, and event details are efficiently managed.
  • Meet with clients to present venue facilities, conduct professional venue show rounds, and greet clients upon arrival.
  • Anticipate customer needs and manage client feedback constructively.
  • Work with the team to ensure effective communication across relevant departments.
  • Maintain a work environment that promotes pride and good morale, fulfilling any other duties within the scope of the position.
