Funeral Assistant
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a caring and compassionate Funeral Assistant for their Stourbridge premises. This is a permanent, on-site position offering a competitive salary.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coffin preparation, deceased preparations including dressing for viewings, and ensure the dignified transfer of the deceased to various locations.
- Support the funeral director during services, assist mourners, manage flowers, and ensure all funeral protocols are consistently upheld.
- Participate in on-call duties, assist with garage tasks, including vehicle checks and routine cleaning, and drive company vehicles as required.
