Job Description

As an Administration Assistant at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], you will be responsible for coordinating bookings and assisting with multiple office admin tasks. Full-time, Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00.

Responsibilities:

  • Accepting and creating new bookings
  • Managing technicians schedules and potential conflicts
  • Liaising with technicians, clients and general public
  • Ensure all bookings are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
  • Establish and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Work closely with the Bookings Co-Ordinator and Operations Director
  • Deal with all office enquiries
  • Deal with incoming/outgoing post
  • Printing, photocopying, scanning and filing of documents
  • Data entry and maintaining spreadsheets

Experience Required

You will have previously worked in an administrative role and will have developed strong organisation and planning skills.
