About the Role

We are looking for a People and Wellbeing Advisor to join our friendly People Services team. You will work closely with managers and colleagues, offering practical advice and support across a range of people matters while helping to build a positive and supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clear, practical People advice to managers
- Manage a varied caseload including disciplinary, grievance, capability, ill-health and performance matters
- Support managers through formal processes, including difficult conversations and outcomes
- Assist with consultation activity, including redundancy and organisational change
- Support more complex activities such as TUPE and restructuring
- Encourage wellbeing, engagement and positive working relationships
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, GDPR and internal policies
- Support audits, reporting and ongoing improvements
- Visit services when needed to offer hands-on support

The Person
- CIPD Level 5 qualified
- Experienced in generalist HR, including complex employee relations cases
- Calm, organised and able to manage a busy workload
- Confident working independently while supporting others
- Someone who shares our values and enjoys working with people
