Key Responsibilities
- Manage the setup, operation, and derigging of audio-visual equipment for various live events.

- Prepare detailed quotes and technical plans for events and installations.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, suppliers, and venue staff, ensuring clear communication and seamless event execution.

The Person
- Proven experience in setting up and programming lighting fixtures.
- Proficiency in lighting control consoles and software such as Chamsys, Avolites, or GrandMA.
- Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
- A robust understanding of health and safety protocols in the event industry.
- A full driving licence, with experience operating 3.5T vans preferred.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends, and travel as needed for event management.
