Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging learning activities that promote development
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Support children’s emotional and social development
- Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records
- Ensure all safeguarding policies and procedures are followed

The Person

- Holds QTS, a degree assessed by ECCTIS, or a Level 3 qualification in early childhood education
