Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging learning activities that promote development
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Support children’s emotional and social development
• Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records
• Ensure all safeguarding policies and procedures are followed

The Person

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds QTS, a degree assessed by ECCTIS, or a Level 3 qualification in early childhood education
• Has a caring and patient approach to teaching

• Is committed to supporting children's well-being and development
• Is open to ongoing learning and professional growth
