Job Description
We are seeking an Immigration Solicitor to manage a varied caseload of immigration matters, providing expert legal advice to individuals and businesses. Please note, applicants must have the right to work in the UK (No sponsorship available) and have SRA ID.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a diverse range of immigration cases, including family visas, asylum claims, and appeals.
- Advising clients on all aspects of UK immigration law and keeping up-to-date with changes in legislation.
- Preparing and submitting applications to the Home Office and representing clients at tribunals and hearings.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to provide a seamless service to clients.
- Ensuring all casework is completed to a high standard and within regulatory guidelines.
Key Requirements
- At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in immigration law.
- Right to work in the UK.
- SRA ID.
- Skilled in managing a varied caseload and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Commitment to high standards of professionalism and integrity.
