Solar PV and Battery Electrician

About the Role

Are you a qualified and experienced electrician with a passion for renewable energy? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you! You will play a critical role in ensuring the high-quality delivery of our projects. Key Responsibilities

• Install both AC and DC components of solar electric (PV), battery storage and EV charging point systems.
• Ensure installations are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner to a high standard.
• Assist on electrical aspects of domestic and commercial surveys and design.
• Assist and work as a team in the roof installation of the solar panels, when required.
• Ensure technical knowledge is continually kept current via both company and self-driven training.
• Ensures project documents are complete and current.
• Identification of project resources and works with materials efficiently and effectively.
• Ensures that understanding of company standards and policy, RAMS and other required site/project documentation is kept current and relevant.
• Provide guidance and tuition to other electrical staff (including apprentices and trainees).
• Work with Operational management to improve installation processes.

The Person

• 1+ Years Solar PV install experience.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work well with others.
• 18th edition wiring regulations ideally the amendment 2, and NVQ L3 in electrical installation is desirable.
• Full driving licence.
