FULL DESCRIPTION

Night Auditor

We are seeking a Night Auditor to oversee the overnight operation of the hotel, ensuring guests experience seamless, attentive service while maintaining accuracy, security and operational excellence throughout the night.

The Person

Calm, professional and confident working independently overnight
Guest-focused with excellent communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Trustworthy, reliable and comfortable taking ownership
Flexible to work night shifts and support hotel operations.

The Role

Deliver refined overnight guest service at the Front Desk
Act as the lead point of contact for guests during night hours
Ensure accurate night audit, reporting and financial controls
Maintain hotel security and safety standards overnight
Support a smooth handover for the morning Front of House Team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage overnight check-ins, check-outs, billing and reservations
Complete night audit procedures and prepare daily reports
Respond professionally to guest requests and resolve issues
Monitor security, access and safety compliance
Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Maintenance & Front of House teams.
