What You Will Do

• Deliver high-quality suspension engineering solutions to meet cost, quality, and time objectives, ensuring compliance with the Worldwide Engineering Release System.
• Develop and execute detailed test plans for spring and damper modules, supporting engineering test teams and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with supplier component engineering and vehicle attribute teams to refine designs and meet targets.
• Manage Advanced Product Quality Planning deliverables and support resolution of change requests and programme milestones.
• Maintain up-to-date module documentation, including meeting records and legal compliance documentation.
• Contribute to the development of industrialised suspension products within an Agile Squad environment.

What You Will Bring

• Proven experience in resolving technical, business, or process challenges within a project team environment.
• Strong understanding of product creation, change control, and product definition processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Familiarity with interpreting engineering drawings and understanding GD&T notation.
• Experience with suspension damper, coil spring, or air spring technologies is advantageous.
