What You Will Do:

• Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System to comply with AS9100 standards.
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
• Monitor production quality on the shop floor, resolving issues in real time and driving corrective actions.
• Manage calibration systems and external service providers, keeping all equipment compliant and records up to date.
• Support laboratory testing and process validation activities to maintain consistent product quality.
• Contribute to ISO14001 environmental compliance, including effluent treatment monitoring and data collection projects.

What You Will Bring:

• Proven experience in a Quality Engineering or Quality Assurance role within manufacturing, ideally in electroplating or a similar process environment.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100 standards and audit processes, with experience maintaining ISO14001 systems.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a hands-on, proactive approach.
• High computer literacy, with experience using software platforms for data analysis and quality management.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with shop floor teams and management alike.
