What You Will Do

• Drive the integration of new and existing vehicle architectures, ensuring compatibility with technical strategies and functional targets.
• Act as the technical arbitrator, leading the development of engineering solutions for a defined group within vehicle programmes.
• Collaborate closely with Vehicle Attribute Robustness teams to embed design quality, service, and manufacturing requirements.
• Oversee the progression of vehicle technical data, including CAD, DV, AIMS, build, test, and releasing activities.
• Support cross-functional teams to resolve complex engineering challenges and ensure timely escalation of critical issues.
• Champion Agile principles and contribute to study activities to solve advanced engineering problems.

What You Will Bring

• Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and their complex interactions.
• Proven experience in analysing and making technical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership in solving technical issues using structured approaches such as 8D or Six Sigma.
• A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering innovative, high-quality solutions.
