Location: Solihull | Rate: £27.30/hr (Inside IR35) | Type: Contract, Hybrid

Job Details

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is recruiting an SAP Business Analyst for a leading automotive logistics company. This role involves working with SAP S/4HANA Transport Management System (TM) to optimise supply chain processes.

What You Will Do

Identify and analyse business needs, conducting requirements gathering to define scope and objectives for SAP ERP applications.
Make recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes through SAP modules.
Research business requirements, develop detailed specifications, and validate SAP solutions with stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into SAP module requirements and communicate to the development team.
Create end-to-end test scenarios for SAP S/4HANA TM and execute User Acceptance Testing.
Manage projects independently, coaching junior professionals.

What You Will Bring

Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Transport Management System (TM) and inbound order-based planning with MM/EWM integration.
Ability to perform detailed business process mapping and identify improvement opportunities.
Experience in logistics sector, preferably freight.
Proficiency in data tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI, and Office 365.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
