What You Will Do

  • Provide professional HR support to manufacturing facilities across the West Midlands, with a focus on absence management.
  • Manage short- and long-term absence cases, implementing tailored support measures to improve employee outcomes.
  • Deliver absence management training to stakeholders, empowering them to manage attendance effectively.
  • Collaborate with Employee Relations Administrators to align policies, standardise best practices, and contribute to key projects.
  • Partner with Occupational Health services to ensure timely interventions and reduced absence durations.
  • Promote and encourage the use of wellbeing resources to drive positive employee support and outcomes.
