Electrical Assembler
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] in Worcester is hiring an Electrical Assembler. Permanent, on-site position with a salary of £14.85 per hour.
About the Job
Our client, [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], is a leading global manufacturing company based in Worcester. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a market leading Machine Tool manufacturer who have been at the forefront of the industry for many years. Jonathan Lee Workforce Solutions are the preferred supplier to [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]. We are looking for a skilled and detail oriented Electrical Assembler to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electrical components, cable looms, and wiring modules to specification,
- Solder components accurately and safely,
- Cut, strip, and crimp wires using appropriate tools,
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, diagrams, and assembly instructions,
- Ensure all completed work meets quality standards,
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment,
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in electrical assembly or a similar role,
- Strong soldering skills,
- Skilled in wire cutting, stripping, and crimping,
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and wiring diagrams,
- Excellent attention to detail,
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination,
- A proactive, reliable work ethic.

- Working hours are rotating shifts - 05:30am - 1:30pm Monday to Friday and then onto the PM Shift - 2:00pm - 10:30pm Monday to Thursday and Friday is 2pm - 8:00pm.
