Food Truck Chef

£13.00 per hour - Various hours available IMMEDIATE START!!!!! We're looking to add more chefs to our Food Truck as we are rapidly getting busier! Do you want to join a company that will invest time in you and your development? As we expand our business, [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Ltd we are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our amazing team as a Chef for our brand new Food Truck. The main bar and kitchens are now currently being worked on with a view to open soon… this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the team and give input.

  • Setting up of work stations
  • Preparing the food for cooking
  • Reviewing the menu and doing inventory
  • Following the budget set by the Manager
  • Ordering food for the Truck
  • Monitoring food production and food costs
  • Training staff
  • Managing relationships with distributors and resolving any issues with vendors, promptly
  • Ensuring standard portions and quality of dishes
  • Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen and ensuring sanitation practices in the kitchen

Salary: £13 - £15 per hour. Job Type: Part-time, Permanent Part-time.
