The Role

We are looking for someone with coworking experience who loves working with people, technology and process to join our team. Your core responsibilities will be to help implement and support line of business SaaS platforms within the flexible workspace industry.

• Help clients implement new technology platforms and integrations
• Conduct training sessions
• Prepare documentation
• Provide ongoing support and management of coworking platforms

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Enthusiasm for technology and desire to learn
• Comfortable providing support via ticketing, email, calls, in-person
• Love of process and attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to build positive working relationships
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in technical support or strong aptitude
• Excellent documentation and technical writing skills
• Clear and professional communication

Desired Skills

• Software implementation, configuration, or systems integration
• Experience with APIs and third-party integration
• Knowledge of coworking platforms (Nexudus, OfficeRnD) is an advantage
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, HRIS, project management tools
• Data mapping and transformation tools
• Ability to translate technical requirements
